Here we are in Naples at the beginning of 1800 where, in the residencial quarter called ‘Vomero’, borns an evocative setting of this beautiful neoclassical villa.
In 1816 Ferdinand I King of the Ttwo Sicilies acquired it and then he donated the property to his favourite lady, as the site for her vacations, Lucia Migliaccio Partanna from which the villa has taken its name.
